Disney Pixar's Finding Nemo has been a classic family favorite since its theatrical debut in 2003. Now, as Disney prepares Finding Nemo 3D's release, we think you'll be amazed at how the characters just come to life.

A delightful cast of creatures

Most of us probably can't even count how many times we've watched Finding Nemo.

With a cast of adorable, engaging characters, parents and children have fallen in love time and again.

I'm sure that we can all agree that Nemo is absolutely adorable. His excitement for all of the adventures that his world holds is palpable.

Dory, with her short-term memory loss and endless optimism, never fails to bring a smile.

And is there a parent out there who can't identify with Marlin's overprotectiveness and fear of loosening his grip on his child even just a little?

Each of the characters in Disney Pixar's Oscar Award winning Finding Nemo weaves his way into our hearts and brings something special and memorable to the movie. But I recently had the opportunity to watch Finding Nemo 3D and for me, it was Crush who completely stole the show.

A crush on Crush

Though we have Finding Nemo on DVD, there was something about seeing this classic in 3D that made Crush, the 150-year-old sea turtle with a laid-back surfer attitude, truly come to life.

The day after watching Finding Nemo 3D in the theater, I had the opportunity to visit Disney California Adventure Park and experience the Disney Animation attraction, Turtle Talk with Crush -- which took my newfound love for Crush to the next level.

Because, in Crush's words (when the audience saw him) we were like, "woaaaah," and I was like, "woaaaah," and you were like, "woaaahh." The experience was that amazing.

Turtle Talk with Crush uses state-of-the-art, 3D, voice-activated computer animation. What makes this experience so personal was the real-time animation and live, unrehearsed conversation we were able to have with Crush.

Crush was witty and engaging as he asked the audience questions about human life on land and fielded questions about his own watery world. Don't miss the opportunity to experience this fun, 15-minute interactive show on your next trip to Disney!

New ways to watch Finding Nemo

Finding Nemo will return to theaters in 3D on Sept. 14. Then, on Dec. 4, Finding Nemo will be released in high-definition Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D and Digital platforms for home viewing.
