Jennifer Chidester, allParenting author, and her mom
life lessons
^My favorite memories with my mom are all the long talks we had when I was growing up — usually in the car. That's when I learned how much she loved me, valuable lessons in everything from grammar to what it takes to be a successful businesswoman, that she believed I could do anything I set my mind to (and made me believe it too) and, most importantly, that my life would be full if my kids loved me even half as much as I love her.

The best part of being included in this piece was looking back and realizing just how many wonderful memories I had to choose from. Thank you for including me here!
