For moms, caring for their children is the biggest, most important job in the world. And many of us learned what we know from our own moms. In honor of Mother's Day, I asked allParenting writers to share photos of themselves with their moms, along with their favorite memories. We are moms ourselves now, but we still love our mommies!

My favorite memories with my mom are all the long talks we had when I was growing up — usually in the car. That's when I learned how much she loved me, valuable lessons in everything from grammar to what it takes to be a successful businesswoman, that she believed I could do anything I set my mind to (and made me believe it too) and, most importantly, that my life would be full if my kids loved me even half as much as I love her.
