If you're like most moms -- make that all moms -- you struggle with mom guilt most of the time. Are you doing too little? Are you doing too much? Are you doing the right thing? The wrong thing? Well, it's time to give yourself a break from the guilt and indulge in some guilty pleasures. Read on for the five guilty pleasures all moms should try (and not feel guilty about!).

Reality TV

If your DVR line-up is feeling stale, maybe it's time to mix things up. Why not give yourself permission to record some bad TV. You know, one (or more!) of those reality shows that can be embarrassing to admit you watch. So what are you waiting for? Add in some Housewives or a DIY show or maybe even the one involving Donald Trump! And don't worry, your secret is safe with us!

Sexy reads

With the huge success of Fifty Shades of Grey, there's obviously a lot of women out there with a penchant for some sexy reading. So why not let yourself indulge? And if it makes you blush to think of someone knowing you're reading something steamy, download the novel to your e-reader. That way you'll be able to conceal the book you're so deeply engrossed in.

Celebrity gossip

Next time you have a free moment, instead of doing a mundane household chore or paying a utility bill, why not pick up one of those juicy magazines filled with all that celebrity gossip? Or even easier, just google one of the many tabloid websites out there. Losing yourself in the ups and downs of Hollywood's elite can be a great source of entertainment. And who knows, you might even feel better about your own life afterward.

Fattening foods

Give yourself permission to eat something fried or fattening, and don't feel bad about it for one minute. Every woman deserves a day to throw her diet out the window and enjoy some serious culinary cuisine. Sometimes allowing yourself to give in to your cravings can be better for you down the road. If you're constantly restricting yourself when it comes to the foods you want to eat, you're more likely to end up going overboard at the first sign of something sweet. So allow yourself a day to ingest and imbibe some delicious food and drink without worrying about what the scale will read tomorrow (easier said than done, we know).

Pampering

When was the last time you had a massage? A facial? Your nails done? If you had to think about the answer, it's time to book yourself an appointment and let yourself be pampered. And if just the idea of taking this time for you is making you feel guilty, it's an even bigger sign you need to get out the door immediately if not sooner.

Great list, Lisa. My guilty pleasure is reading Real Simple magazine. When I see it in my mailbox it makes me so happy to know that later that day, I can pour a glass of wine and read it from cover to cover.
