For most women, part of the excitement during a pregnancy is wearing maternity clothes. But for some expectant woman -- due to their fitness regimes, genetics or gifts from the gods -- maternity clothing is not required at all. These five celebrity mommies avoided maternity duds altogether.

Kourtney Kardashian

While carrying her first child Mason, Kourtney Kardashian avoided the maternity duds with all her might. Her little sis, Kim Kardashian, revealed the truth about her maternity style.

"She's huge. She is huuuuge! I think she's in denial of buying maternity clothes, because she just borrows Khloe's clothes," Kim said. "Khloe is going to kill me for saying that, but it's really because Khloé is so much taller. Kourtney will take Khloe's top and wear it as a dress... She will not buy maternity clothes. I don't know what's wrong with her."

Gisele Bündchen

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen stayed so thin while pregnant with her first child Benjamin, she did not wear maternity clothes at all.

"I kept myself in good shape throughout the pregnancy, feeding on a healthy diet, meditating and doing exercises such as yoga and kung-fu," the Brazilian beauty said. "I gained a little, but I kept using almost the same clothes, with minor adjustments to close in the belly."

Heidi Klum

In order to avoid maternity clothes, mom-of-four Heidi Klum bought items from her favorite designers in bigger sizes.

"My stylist tries to find things that are not maternity clothes, so I've been wearing a lot from The Row, by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. I love their clothes. Marc Jacobs too," Heidi said. "You just buy things in a size 10 [because] when you're doing a show on fashion, you still have to bring it on."

So my advice would be to get things a few sizes bigger...

Claudia Schiffer

Yes, another supermodel in the mix, German beauty Claudia Schiffer opened up about her duds during her three pregnancies.

"I'm not the sort of person who likes to wear tight clothes when I'm pregnant, but I'm not a fan of maternity dresses either," Claudia said. "So my advice would be to get things a few sizes bigger and have them tailored to fit."

Tiffany Thornton

While pregnant with her first child, son KJ, Disney darling Tiffany Thornton blogged for Celebrity Baby Scoop, and shared her feelings about maternity clothes:

"I bought two pairs of maternity jeans at the beginning of my pregnancy, wore them once and swore I'd never wear them again," Tiffany blogged. "Not having a button and zipper works against me and the pants end up feeling like they are sliding down all day long. I decided I would just buy regular jeans a few sizes bigger than I normally wear and not button them. All I have to do is buy a long tank top and pull it down over the button and zipper and no one can even tell. That way after my pregnancy is over I can have the jeans taken in and still wear them after pregnancy when I get back in shape."
