Want a quick and easy way to consume your vegetables? Get out the juicer and whip up a glass of green juice.

Benefits of green juice

We all know that green leafy vegetables are an important part of a balanced diet. By juicing your vegetables, the vitamins and minerals reach the blood and tissue quicker than they would if you ate a salad. Green vegetable juices also increase digestive strength for a healthy gut and raise alkaloid levels in the body, which can help overcome caffeine addictions.

I love these ideas, Jessica! My only problem is that a juicer isn't in the budget right now, and I imagine a blender doesn't do it quite the same, right?
