Rachel Phipps writes an online food lover's diary where she shares her thoughts on food, meals out and places she comes across on her travels. We love Rachel's Green Mango and Pink 'N' Green Smoothies from the Conscious Cleanse. Rachel's — and our — love for these recipes comes from their flavor combinations and their whole-food focus — every ingredient in them is naturally made. We also love the surprising ingredients that make their way into both of these recipes: Think greens.

Laura and Mary are the sisters who write the blog Mystics + Mint and who share a passion for family, food and all things beautiful. Their focus is cooking healthy meals using fresh ingredients that are good for the body and soul. And their favorite smoothie recipes are no exception. Their philosophy is that adding a simple smoothie into your daily routine helps heal and nourish your body from the inside out. In The Mystics Cleanse, we love that they've chosen different smoothie recipes to meet exactly what your body needs: one for a green boost, one for before your workout and one for after your workout.

Lexi Kornblum is a recipe developer, food photographer, self-proclaimed foodie, an elementary art teacher and a lover of all things health and fitness. Her blog, Lexi’s Clean Kitchen, began in 2013 and has quickly gone from her hobby to her passion. Lexi blogs to share her clean, healthy and allergy-free recipes to inspire others that living a healthy lifestyle — free of limitations — can in fact be fun and exciting and never has to be boring. And her smoothie recipes fit this bill perfectly. We love Lexi's Very Berry Chocolate Protein Smoothie because it’s packed with the health and protein benefits of berries, chia seeds and almond milk and it — of course — tastes delicious.

Laura is the blogger behind The Green Forks, a blog she created to document her family’s transition into a healthier lifestyle. Laura's hope is that through sharing her experience, others can see how truly possible it is to change their family’s eating habits — even with toddlers. We love Laura's Super DETOX Green Cleansing Smoothie because of the research she personally did to maximize the nutrients she could pack into a single — 14 ingredient — smoothie. She stands behind the internal and external effects of this recipe — and we find that irresistible.

Yasmina Ykelenstam blogs about her nutritional adventures in healing a chronic inflammatory condition at The Low Histamine Chef. Instead of taking the often prescribed antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers for her condition, the fridge and the fields have become her medicine cabinet. Her cookbooks and blog reflect the incredible amount of research that she has obsessively collected since her diagnosis in 2010. As a former journalist with over 10 years of research and international news production experience for 60 Minutes, CNN and the BBC, she knows exactly how important the facts are. So not only does she back up each claim on her site with numerous studies, she tests all of her recipes for flavor and function: how they make her feel.
About her Antihistamine Detox Jui-cie Yasmina says, "Experts can't seem to decide whether juicing or smoothies come out on top, so I created a jui-cie to harness the best of both. This pharmacy in a glass is bursting with inflammation-fighting vitamin K, full of essential folate, immune system enhancing spirulina and hay fever busting natural antihistamines."
